Women's Basketball
The University of Northern Colorado Women's Basketball Team has a rich history of dedication, passion, and achievements. From the early days of the program to the present, we've achieved numerous milestones, including conference championships, thrilling post-season runs, and the development of exceptional athletes who have gone on to make their mark in both the world of sports and their communities. Our goal is to provide each young woman in our program with the experience of a lifetime!
How will gifts be used?
Your support means more than just a donation; it signifies your belief in the power of women's sports and the impact it has on our student-athletes' lives. By contributing to this campaign, you're becoming a part of our extended team, helping us create an environment where our players can excel athletically, academically, and personally.
Nutrition: A priority and a key component of on-court performance for our Bears. Additional support to this area will increase the quality and quantity of meals provided to our student-athletes. Dedicated nutrition wellness space in our locker room as well as increase the number of high-quality road trip catered meals that fit the individual nutritional needs of our team.
NUTRITION WELLNESS SPACE: $4,800 for one year of nutrition for the team
Technology & Innovation: Invest in industry-standard technology that will make training and practice more effective and efficient; recruiting software to help the program recruit and quickly identify top prospects; and analytic services, catapult, and whoop devices to better track student-athlete well-being.
PLAYER TECHNOLOGY: $100
Optimized & Enhanced Travel Experiences: Help minimize missed classroom time, attracting and retaining elite players through the ability to offer competitive non-conference & post-season travel opportunities as well as international trips to enhance the student-athlete experience.
BUY A PLAYER’S FLIGHT: $300
Holistic Facility & Locker Room Enhancements: Renovations and updates to the locker room to be more effective and efficient for day-to-day operations and creating spaces for dedicated recovery and rehabilitation. Refresh and enhance locker room graphics. A media space for content creation for recruiting, promotions, and donor outreach.
